Career Franck Jullié began his career in Business Intelligence where he carried out assignments for the operations divisions of large groups. After 5 years, he joined an English executive recruitment firm as an executive search consultant in France and then in the United Kingdom. This total immersion in English culture and standards convinced him of the need to develop an international firm with a French culture with strong expertise in the Africa and Middle East area. Franck graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique and holds a DEA in mathematical economics (Paris Sorbonne). |

Career After the IEP de Paris, Guillaume earned degrees from the Sorbonne and the University of Nottingham. He first taught history and geography in France and in Great Britain, then joined BNP Lease as a Key Account Manager for 4 years in the IT industry. Guillaume discovered headhunting in 2005 and specialises in the high value-added IT and health care industries. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Guillaume conducts executive searches throughout Europe and the Maghreb / Middle East. He joined Elzéar in 2008 to provide his expertise in the IT and Pharma/Health care sectors. |

Career After completing his studies in business and volunteering for two years in the Palestinian Territories, Thibaud began his career with the Bouygues group working as an export sales manager for 4 years. He then joined a headhunting firm where he assisted clients primarily in the industry, public buildings and works and service sectors. In 2004 he joined an international executive search firm as a partner and carried out recruitment missions primarily in Africa and the Middle East. In order to specialize in the Africa & Middle East area while at the same time developing a partnership that creates value for the consultants and their clients, he founded Elzéar Executive Search in 2006. |

Career John spent the first 20 years of his career with an international industrial group listed on the LSE. There he performed various operational management functions in France, Spain, Italy and Argentina. In 2001, John made a successful switch to finance for a leading group in financial transfers whose networks he developed in Europe and Africa. Multilingual, his time spent in numerous countries has given him a clear international dimension. He is thus able to understand and bridge numerous cultural gaps. John joined Elzéar in 2007 to play a key role in the firm’s international growth. |
